Not all Digital Pressure Gauges are same. At Adarsh we design and manufacture Digital Pressure Gauges are per application. While some may require higher accuracy and some may not need, some need to operate at higher temperature, for some media is corrosive or viscous, for some preciseness or resolution is more important, some may require additional temperature compensation or some are for continuous monitoring. At Adarsh we consider all these factors before manufacturing a gauge. We use worldclass technology and electronics, linearisation techniques to manufacture digital pressure gauges which are reliable, robust and easy to use. We use very high accuracy reference standards to calibrate our instruments. We provide NABL Accredited/ISO/IEC 17025:2005 lab calibration certificates.
Points to consider before selecting Digital Gauges.
Does your Digital Pressure Gauges really show true and precise pressure ? Most people only focus on accuracy, but there are other factors to be considered which effect accuracy. There are lots of gauges available in market but most of them would fail these criteria or they would be very expensive. Consider these additional factors before selecting your digital gauges.
1) Repeateability : A Digital Pressure Gauge must show the same value after every up and down reading, at Adarsh we ensure using the finest of sensors to ensure the same, a gauge would be tested multiple times to show repeateability within the tolerance value, if the same would fail the sensor will be rejected.
2) Temperature Compensation : Does your gauge show same pressure in different temperature areas, it must show same pressure in an air conditioned room as well as at an elevated temperature zone. Even if the sensor is temperature compensated it is not enough, the complete gauge with electronics needs to be compensated. Our selected models have temperature compensation for complete gauge, in which each gauge is adjusted at various temperatures to ensure same readings in different zones.

3) Application Media : Not all media is same. A digital gauge might get damaged if used with incorrect media. We provide cutomized gauges for air, liquid, corrosive liquid, high temperature media, hygenic media, special applications etc.
